  • The lobby is open M-F, 8-5 (excluding holidays). 
  • Our office remains closed to walk-in services.

Billing dates, payment due dates and late fees:

Residential sewer charges are billed, in advance, every 3 months (quarterly). Payment is due 30 days from the bill date. A $10 late fee is charged if full payment is not received in our office within 45 days of the bill date.  The dates and timelines are below:

  • The Jan-Mar bill is dated Jan 1; due Feb 1. Late fee charged Feb 15.
  • The Apr-Jun bill is dated April 1; due May 1. Late fee charged May 15.
  • The Jul-Sep bill is dated July 1; due Aug 1. Late fee charged Aug 15.
  • The Oct-Dec bill is dated Oct 1; due Nov 1. Late fee charged Nov 15.

Provided below is our annual collection/LIEN process for delinquent accounts:

  • Every June 20th we lien each property with a past due balance.
  • The balance due is included in your next property tax bill as a special assessment.
  • On July 1st, all accounts start with a zero balance or credit balance if applicable.
  • Payments received after June 20th are applied to the July bill.
  • Annual liens are released only in July of the following year. 
  • A lien may affect the sale or re-finance of your property.
